*Location: Presque Isle County, Moltke Twp, T35N R04E
*Buildings: A hunting camp
*Parcel size: 80 acres
*Soil Types: Largest parts Brevort mucky loamy sand, Iosco sandy loam, and Croswell sand.
*Water Bodies/Wetlands: Widespread seasonally wet forested areas and some forested wetlands.
*Road/Access: Access on two sides from county and state roads. Existing trail network within the property.
*Cover Types: Mostly mature mixed lowland deciduous and coniferous.
*Landowner Objectives: Develop a management plan and apply to the Qualified Forest Program. Landowner would like to continue managing for high-quality wildlife habitat. They have been doing habitat development work for some years already.
*Landowner Timeline: Ongoing. Likely interested in starting the process of developing a management plan in the spring of 2026.

*Location: Presque Isle County, Bismark Township, T33N R04E
*Buildings: A cabin
*Parcel size: ~167 acres
*Soil Types: Harvest area largely Rubicon sand and Cheboygan loamy sand with areas of Iosco loamy sand. Small areas of Roscommon muck, Brevort mucky loamy sand, and Au gres sand. Lowlands largely Tawas muck.
*Water Bodies/Wetlands: Some forested wetlands, open wetlands, and seasonally wet forested areas. Proposed harvests are in upland areas.
*Road/Access: Access from gravel county roads and an existing trail network. Trails from previous harvesting still present.
*Cover Types: Largest parts red oak, aspen, and mixed conifers.
*Landowner Objectives: Complete a 40-50 acre harvest scheduled in their Qualified Forest Program management plan.
*Landowner Timeline: Would ideally like to complete this harvest during this winter.
